if one of you regularly takes part in Mass here then you are eligible
to be married in the Cathedral. If both of you are free to marry in the
Catholic Church then this is the usual timetable:

wedding. A £40 deposit is required.
- Make the necessary legal arrangements with the Registrar of Marriages.
- Contact the Cathedral Organist and also the Cathedral Flower Arrangers.
- Obtain up-to-date Baptism Certificates.
- One of the priests completes the Prenuptial Enquiry with you.
- Take part in the Marriage Preparation Course.
- At least three months before the wedding, contact the priest to arrange
your wedding liturgy (i.e. readings, hymns, prayers, intercessions,
etc.).
- At least four weeks before your wedding finalise the arrangements
with the priest and pay the required fees.
